First Day of School

Believe it or not our little guy has his first day of preschool today! We have decided to enroll him at Plaza Presbyterian Weekday School, a great preschool just 5 minutes away from home. They start classes at 1 yr. of age and the cut off is to be 1 by August 31...Colin just snuck in and is therefore one of the youngest in his class (at least Guthrie is there to share that category with him!). We went yesterday for an hour or so to get acquainted with the room and all the toys and, of course, the teachers and some of the other kids. He'll go two days a week for 4 hours each day.

Here's where I left him this morning...hanging out by this climby thing (you can see Guthrie in the background riding the horsey!) He did as well as a little guy could be expected to do on his first day of school!-a little fussy from time to time but nothing his pacifier and some goldfish crackers couldn't handle.

While he was playing away I was at home working, which I normally do on Wednesdays when Colin is taking a nap. Today while I worked I kept listening for him to wake up.
