Neighborhood Park

I love taking Colin to the park. I love that it's a good walk anytime of day but especially these days in the evenings...it's perfect. The weather is cooling down some and by dusk the air has that still warm from the day feeling and yet you're not dripping with sweat because there's a comfortable breeze keeping things moving. And, the best part, there's very little humidity.
It's fun now that he's much more interested in just the swings. He wants to be down and climbing around and testing out his new walking skills...and tasting everything is sight! One of the first things he goes for is, of course, the mulch around the play area and there's plenty of it.
This particular evening there was a dad and his two little boys running around. The dad offered to take our picture!
One of my favorite pictures: I caught a perfect shot of Colin playing peek-a-boo through the ladder.
There is another straight slide that has a twin slide attached to one side that Colin likes to climb up too. But he can get much higher on this little one.
Looking for dropped snacks in the stroller. He has a knack for finding old food (and he always eats it!)
