Happy Two Month Birthday, Colin!

It's been two months since this little guy came into our lives. Wow! We were looking back on some picture from when we first brought Colin home from the hospital. He's definitely grown! and is now starting to smile and talk to us more and more. He's also starting to notice things like his mobile-which he loves to smile and squeal at, especially if he's been fussing-and the animal friends on his little play mat...sometimes he even likes to smile at the afghan that my grandma knit for me if we're sitting on the couch! We're starting to notice his personality and quirks. He's gaining more strength in his neck and loves to be on his tummy.
Colin's been sleeping between 6 and 8 hour stretches at night and is starting to take naps during the day. I wouldn't say that he's on a "schedule" so far which makes the days somewhat unpredictable, but we're getting there.
Just within the past few days he's discovered his fist...usually when he's getting tired, or trying to settle down. He finds it and starts smacking away! He still does NOT like being in his carseat which is a real shame because the carseat is also used in the stroller....so car rides and walks are a little stressful, but hopefully the neighbors don't mind his screaming too much! Happy two months, Colin...we love you!
