With his newfound mobility, Colin is starting to play (what we like to refer to as) games. One of his favorites these days is "Get the Camera", which really needs no further explanation!

Another fun one he and Mia have started playing is "Get the Kitty". In this game Mia starts making laps around the room, tempting Colin to come and get her. It's cute and sad at the same time to watch because Mia only pauses long enough for Colin to spin around and get just within reach and then she starts her laps again.

Ready to pounce!

And, my personal favorite, Colin is starting to share with us. It started a week or so ago with Colin offering Mike the remote control to the TV. The other day it was a cloth diaper that he offered to me, I "tasted" it, he pulled it away and giggled, and repeated a few more times. Today he spontaneously offered me his pacifier several times as well as his spoon at dinner, a wipe and, again, his pacifier later this evening. The key to the game is accepting what he offers with gusto! Otherwise the game has potential to end quickly!
